Sincerity
Sincerity is ranked first as the nature of the most liked by everyone. Sincerity makes others feel safe and appreciated for sure not be fooled or deceived. Those who are sincere are always telling the truth, do not like making it up, pretend, make excuses or distort facts. The principle is "Yes on Yes and No on No". It would be more ideal if the sincerity that is as soft as dove was counterbalanced by the ingenuity of a serpent. So, the sincerity is not become innocence that could be self-defeating.
Humility
In contrast to the low self-esteem which is a weakness , humility is reveals the strength.Those who have
strenght of soul who can be humble.People who humble can recognize and appreciate the excellence of others. Humility is the quality of being modest, reverential, even politely submissive, and never being arrogant, contemptuous, or rude
Loyality
People who are loyal always to be trusted and relied upon .He always keep their promises , has a strong commitment , self-sacrificing and do not like treason . Loyality is faithfulness or a devotion to a person
Positive Thinking
People with positive attitude ( positive thinking ) always try to see things from a positive viewpoint , eventhough in a bad situation.He prefers to talk about goodness than badness of other people , prefer to talk about hope rather than despair , prefer to look for solutions rather than frustrated , prefer praise than criticize , and so forth .
Responsible
The responsible person shall implement their obligations seriously .If he makes a mistake , he dared to admit .When a failure , he will not seek others to blame .Even if he felt disappointed and hurt , he would not blame anyone .He realizes that he is responsible for any experienced and felt .
Self-Confidence
Self-esteem enables person to appraisal of his or her own worth, appreciate him or her and appreciate others .People who believe themselves easily adapt to a new environments and situations .They know what to do and do it well.
