We can’t stop the natural change, but we can still look younger if we want to work hard to slow down the aging process. Everybody has a dream to look youthful especially the women. This is because the appearance of youth makes women more attractive and more confident. Every woman can have a youthful appearance.

The dream of looking younger is not impossible for women. You can realize this dream. There are some tips for youth that you need to know and apply before you get older.

The secret of the youth has been searched since long time ago. Many researchers have done some experiments to find ways to slow down the aging process.
Check out some  tips to look younger that you need to do before you get older!

1. Getting rid of toxin from our body. It’s important to start detoxification,  Our body metabolism has done that process, but in everyday life we are exposed to so many chemical hazards from air, food and environment. Fasting twice a week or just consuming fruits and vegetables are ways to detoxify our body.

2. Having enough sleep. Sleeping at least 6-8 hours a day will make our skin healthier but lack of sleep can cause various adverse effects on health . Having a good sleep is also important because growth hormone is working during that time. It renews the old cell of our body, include the skin cell. Our skin will look fresh and young if we have enough sleep.

3. Drinking green tea. Various studies have proven that green tea is beneficial for making skin stay young. The reason, green tea has a very high antioxidant content. Antioxidants in green tea can ward off various free radicals that cause premature aging.


4. Drink plenty of water. People who don't drink enough water can become dehydrated. Dehydrated body will make skin dry. This is what makes you grow old fast. Therefore, multiply the consumption of water so that the skin remains hydrated and looks youthful.

5. Eating healthy and safe food everyday will make our body fit, slim and also look younger. Try to eat more fish instead of red meat. Fiber food, vegetables, fruits, and supplements are important food to consume.


6. Do not smoke. People who smoke usually have facial appearance that is older than their age. cigarette smoke containing tar, nicotine, and other chemicals will make the condition of skin cells worse. As a result, skin wrinkles quickly, black spots, reduced elasticity, and other signs of aging. consume. Drink less coffee and other caffeine beverages.


7. Exercise. Doing exercise regularly is the way to stay young. Body movements can make your body fit and have an impact on skin cells. Regular physical exercise will increase the firmness and flexibility of your skin.


8. Be Positive. A positive mind and affirmation we said can bring positive life to us. Negative thought tend to bring failure and make us look older and unattractive. Meditation is one way to make positive thoughts.

9. Cleaning of the face regurarly. Perform regular facial cleansing when you wake up (take a shower) and before going to bed at night. Facial cleansing can remove dust and dirt that clings to your skin all day. Dust and dirt must be removed every day for the beauty of your skin. The skin becomes attractive and youthful.

10. Relax.  By trying to be relaxed, our face will look younger. Stress and worries appear on our face. If we can manage our stress and feel at peace, our face will look younger and attractive.
